The Podcast Delivery platform, website, and newsletter is a reliable ecosystem and resource for podcast creators looking to get their podcast in front of the right audience.
Podcast Delivery started as a fun little project when Evan LePage approached me with a simple premise – one fresh podcast recommendation in people's inbox every Monday. At the time, there weren't any podcast publications that kept things this simple and we new that the noise on Twitter wasn't everyone's cup of tea.
That simple approach garnered attention from podcast fans and creators alike. A few months in we started to hear from a lot of creators with the same goal of getting their podcast out there, in front of the right people and possibly even strike up an advertisement partnership or two.
Podcast Delivery acted as a vehicle for us to partner with CBC Podcasts, Audioboom, and other great brands and agencies and I was also fortunate enough to be included on a panel of experts at the Vancouver Podcast Festival.
With successful partnerships growing, the next focus is to build a solid platform for podcast creators and pass on those prospective partnerships. The Podcast Delivery Marketplace is currently in closed beta as we work through the various problem spaces podcast creators can find themselves in. Every day we gain tremendous insight into how creators develop, market, and distribute their podcasts and we will soon be opening things up even more.
